APPLE SUPPORT • PERTH WA

Friendly help when your Apple technology isn't behaving.

From a Mac that has suddenly stopped working to email, iCloud, Wi-Fi, printers, backups or simply learning how something works, I provide practical Apple help in plain English.

Onsite MacWizardry support

Onsite or remote

Help at your home or business across Perth, or remotely when the problem can be solved without a visit.

HOW I CAN HELP

Support for the everyday problems — and the awkward ones.

The easiest tasks can sometimes become frustrating very quickly. Whether you know exactly what is wrong or only know that something isn't working the way it should, I can help work through it.

Mac troubleshooting

Startup problems, slow performance, macOS issues, applications, strange errors and general troubleshooting.

Backups & iCloud

Time Machine, external drives, iCloud storage and sensible backup options to help protect important files and photos.

Internet & Wi-Fi

NBN, Wi-Fi, routers, mesh systems, network problems and getting devices talking to each other properly.

Printers & accessories

Printer setup and troubleshooting, scanners, displays, external storage, hubs, adapters and other peripherals.

Setup, migration & training

New Mac setup, moving from an older Mac, transferring data, configuring services — and showing you how it all works.

Email, security & scams

Email and account problems, security settings, suspicious messages, scam advice and keeping your Apple devices safer.

ONSITE SUPPORT

Apple help where you need it.

I can come to your home or small business across Perth to troubleshoot problems, set up equipment, help with networks and printers, migrate to new hardware or provide one-to-one training.

Support is provided personally by me, Daniel Kerr — the same person you speak to when you call or email MacWizardry.

For many jobs, being onsite means I can look at the whole setup rather than just one device — useful when the problem involves Wi-Fi, printers, backups or several Macs and devices working together.

Personal, one-to-one service

You deal directly with me from the first call or email through to getting the problem sorted.

REMOTE SUPPORT

Sometimes I don't need to be in the room.

For many software, email, account and configuration problems I can connect to your Mac remotely using Zoho Assist. You stay at your Mac while I connect, so we can work through the problem together without waiting for an onsite visit.

Zoho Assist uses secure, encrypted remote connections and the Quick Support app lets you join an attended support session when we have arranged one. You remain in control of the session.

Only download and run Quick Support when you have arranged a remote session with MacWizardry.

How remote support works

  1. Contact me first and we'll confirm that remote support suits the problem.
  2. Download Mac Quick Support using the button on this page.
  3. Open it and follow the prompts I give you for the support session.
  4. When we're finished, the remote session is ended.
